How to use
- Choose the PDF you want to split (the total page count is shown).
- Pick a split method. For a fixed page count, enter pages per file; for a range, enter the page numbers you want.
- Press "Split and download". Multiple output files are bundled into a ZIP.

Like the merge tool, pages are copied directly rather than re-rendered, so selectable/searchable text stays that way after splitting. Multiple output files are bundled into a ZIP; a single-file range extraction downloads directly as a PDF.
FAQ
Are my PDFs uploaded to a server?
No. Loading, splitting and saving all happen entirely inside your browser.
How do I write a page range?
Use commas to separate items and hyphens for ranges, like "1-3, 5, 8-10" — that example extracts pages 1 through 3, page 5, and pages 8 through 10 (7 pages total).
Can I split password-protected PDFs?
Not currently. If loading fails, that will be shown.
It says the file couldn't be loaded, but it isn't password-protected.
On Windows, files downloaded from the internet are sometimes automatically flagged as blocked (right-click the file → Properties, and you'll see a note like "This file came from another computer and might be blocked"). If so, checking "Unblock" in the Properties dialog and clicking OK often resolves it.
Does it handle PDFs with a lot of pages?
Splitting into one file per page produces many output files and uses more memory and time. For documents over a few hundred pages, consider fixed-page-count splitting or using a PC.
